lexicondevil Posted October 12, 2011 Share Posted October 12, 2011 I got my PO for the red/clear today and upon inspection noticed the jacket appears to be water damaged. The strange thing is these are shrink wrapped and that means this was prior to packaging?! I feel like such a vinyl collector asshole for being concerned. But I've never had water damaged records, just wet mailers (I live in the Pac NW!). What do you guys think I should do? Contact No Sleep? Or just figure I'm out of luck on this one! I would definitely try and write him. hopefully he will make it right. I had a problem with a warped record from No Idea and they sent me out a new on right away. Another reason why No Idea rules! Looks clearly legible to me...I mean, the lyric is "to scratched out," but the scratched out name in the vinyl artwork is Helen. Apparently that's Jordan's ex's name as it was in his cell phone, but not her actual name. They had some sort of joke or something, I guess. This info is per Adam, and I also talked to Jordan. Still feel like I didn't need the tote bag, diary, stickers... I'm just a sucker for the most limited pressing so I "had" to get all the other crap. It is a fairly creative package though.
