Tons of huge bands do this, mostly for free. Nine Inch Nails, Phoenix, Jeremy Messersmith, Metric, Radiohead, Ben Folds, etc. There are even entire websites for free remix contests of well-known bands. kickinfatbeats Posted January 21, 2012 Share Posted January 21, 2012 i was so close to ordering this because i really do enjoy the EP and would love to own the record, but much like the rest of you i feel like the other items that it's bundled with are pretty useless to me (shirts don't come in my size, i don't even wear necklaces but if i did i still wouldn't wear that one, etc..) to further echo the sentiment throughout the rest of this thread, i would probably have bought it anyway if it were priced around 50 or 60 but i just can't bring myself to drop 100 bucks on a 5 track EP and a bunch of other crap i couldn't possibly care less about.
