Well they are meant to be actual movie posters like what you might see on the street but they do it like posters were done in the "old days" where it was in itself a piece of art. Not just a bunch of pics from the movie all photoshopped together. So that's why all the production credits are on there. For me it kind of makes it an "official" release from the studio kind of thing. Wish some DVD/BluRay releases would come out with the mondo art or just better art in general. Like with Drive...the regular posters while the movie was out were pretty good and the the video release came out and it's so bad. It was a big let down that they even changed the font of Drive itself.
