I worked 30 hours of OT last week and they hired new people with a higher payrate than me. Exact same job but they get more money. It's very hard to not get emotional about it That is shitty, they need to match your salary to theirs. I know you said the job is good for school, but it sounds like it is time to tell them to fuck off and get a new job. You'll get a good job, with normal hours and pay soon enough! I'm going to get a coffee and maybe that will make me feel slightly better. Food and coffee/tea are good things to distract you. What's the main issue or do you not want to say ?
