I was pretty excited about those recent reissues, but a lot of people were saying that the US pressings left a lot to be desired sound-wise. I think I'm going to grab older pressings slowly. I was pretty excited about those recent reissues, but a lot of people were saying that the US pressings left a lot to be desired sound-wise. I think I'm going to grab older pressings slowly. Powerslave is my favourite Maiden album, that's the one I'd go for first I got the first four slowly and in expensively...then recently I snatched up the next 3 for pretty good prices (except 7th son...I spent a little much on that one, still not a crazy price though, just not as good as my other deals) I'm hesitant to pay $30+ for no prayer for the dying though. And Fear of the dark is way up there in price :/But yeah, I've heard nothing but bad stuff about those new reissues. I think they're why I've been able to get the deals I have on OGs though! I worked 30 hours of OT last week and they hired new people with a higher payrate than me. Exact same job but they get more money.
