Their Facebook says that for San Luis Obispo they'll be joined by Baths and that tickets go on sale this friday, but no mention of presale tickets for that show. So I still happened to have the original page up in a tab after I saw your post, I hit refresh, and the price jumped. Looks like the $12.49 price is "out of stock" while the $24.90 only has 5 left.
