Official OST and Film Score Thread

I got my Oldboy from Milan records today.  Does anyone else think it looks orange instead of red?  It's a great color, and the marbling was a pleasant surprise, but now I want to see if the UK version is red.

Yep.  Mine is definitely not red.  Had to go back and check which color Milan was supposed to get.

Found a picture of the Invada one on Instagram.  Looks to be translucent orange.

Here is the U.S. version if anyone was interested.  The dark red marbling matches the color of the "Boy" in the logo, while the overall color matches the mix of oranges in the rest of the cover.  It's a pretty cool package, and I think it's much better than if they had succeeded in making it solid red.

About Transformers.

I was at my local shop and asked him to order it and he said it was delayed until the 15th of December. Don't know what the initial date was...

But he was still able to order me a colored one.

It's from Music On Vinyl. They're out of the Netherlands, yes. December 15 was the original release date -- nothing's been pushed back.

Full details here: http://www.musiconvinyl.com/catalog/original-soundtrack/transformers

MOV stuff is always high-quality, but due to international shipping, licensing fees, and the heaviness of the vinyl, you're going to pay $32 per, minimum. It's worth the money, though. I've probably a dozen soundtrack releases from them, and they've always turned out wonderfully.

Oh, and a small side bonus from ordering their stuff is that the release dates aren't ever pushed back. They have their own pressing plant.

holy crap i had no idea this was being made. i MUST have one. bummed about the price, but oh well

Dual Planet records are putting out the soundtracks to two early 80s Australian Ozploitation movies Turkey Shoot and Chain Reaction.

Death Waltz have exclusive variants limited to 200 copies. Standard copies seem to be available from the usual suspects in the UK and are on Amazon.com.

I've looked and can find nothing about them on Light in the Attic, but something might appear there later.
