Swank wrote in the vault section of the site that these would be available starting on Friday, and would be available until they sold out. He then made the comment "unless they sell out on Friday". It didn't sound like Third Man necessarily thought these would sell out today. I'll bet there are at least 1000 of these sets, but I doubt we will ever find out. I think they have a set number in mind, but I don't think they are pressed yet. They'll only accept as many orders as they can press in a month. As someone working on a collection to obtain every catalog number version available, how about 223? The Rome deluxe got its own number (that I am still trying to track down). Grr. What are people collecting? Great Gatsby stuff? Third Man stuff? And $250?! Seriously? It just blows my mind that someone would pay that, for a mediocre soundtrack, from what may be (based on reviews) a mediocre movie, from a label that releases stuff like this all the time.
