The bottom line is I'm more than likely going to be without a copy of GH so if anybody would like to help me out I would be forever grateful. I've called Customer Service and they told me that sometimes you won't get an email of when it was sent out if it was being shipped to store. However they were able to use the tracking number, sorry you are having issues with that. I've got to wait till next week to call and check up on my order to see if it was delivered. Hopefully they will call like they have in the past but seeing as this time no shipping confirmation email was sent, yet still have marked item as shipped, we shall see what happens. It just got to the store today. Give it a few more days. Lucky! It usually takes me at least 2-3 weeks to get my order shipped to store. This time around though its taking close to 4 weeks.
