If they arrested every guy doing what Klein did they would not have time to do anything else. In this thread there is a quote that possessing child pornography is not even jail time, it's a fine. And you think the government is using their time monitoring the offenders? I'm sure there is some sort of sub-division in the CIA and/or FBI that works on child pornography cases. But I just don't think skype sessions catch their attention. At least without being made aware beforehand. I read that earlier, but this isnt statutory rape because the ages are below 14 and just lewd acts, right? or is all one in the same in the legal realm?
