I agree. They were instant preorders but now I'm not sure why. I liked about half of Cassadaga and haven't really liked anything since. Even the album art has sucked since then now that I think about it. I'll probably take them to amoeba at some point to swap for some store credit.

I've seen Conor (in some incarnation) a bunch of times in the past 10 years. There have been performances that were stone cold sober and absolutely wonderful (Carnegie Hall in 2012 comes to mind) and times he was shithoused and it was noticeably bad (about 4-5 years ago) and times he was definitely drunk as hell but still did a great job (the last time I saw Bright Eyes). I think he's probably "fine" as much as drunk can be. Does he probably need help? Yes, we've all heard his songs. Is he super-wealthy? Yeah. He'll be fine, and he's seemingly self-aware enough to know when enough is enough.
 
TL;DR- what @Shitty Rambo said, and just issue refunds where appropriate and keep making the money for the two normal guys in BE and the rest of the backing band.

Two Boris albums in one year is pretty nice.  I think this will be more my speed than W was. Still wish we’d someday see a vinyl press of the 2002 Heavy Rocks, even if they allegedly lost the masters.

I have no idea. My post was in regard the the Alice In Chains release. But given that its RSD, that is pretty much par for the course for tons of releases.

Just list them as colored vinyl and be done with it. Record collectors are irrational morons.

This isn't the most helpful answer but I would recommend giving Paypal a call and talking to a real person. Your situation definitely needs some human intervention at Paypal.

I think it might be pressed by the same place. It didn’t specify anything different like all the others. There was a sticker on all the other records stating where it was pressed and how many numbers. 
but in all honesty, this new one I got sounds a whole lot better than the first copy I got. I never got a replacement either, just left it as is.

I got the entire bundle in last week. I listened to deloused right away and it sounded sooo much better than the first round. I have since listened to Frances and Octahedron and I think they sound great. Very quiet pressings, good sound all the way through. I’d say oh pretty much on par with the clouds hill versions 

I prefer the aesthetic of turning my vinyl into decorative bowls, and cutting up the jackets to use as coasters.

I'm honestly shocked this sold out, granted 1,000 isn't a HUGE amount but I didn't realize it was so in-demand. Good for this little gem of a record.

The Carissa’s Wierd stuff is so baffling to me. They were around at record stores for $12 for the longest time. 
 
Edit: didn’t mean to write pretty much exactly what you did. But yeah, got them for cheap and then saw them around for years after that too.
