Whoa - so weird to see people born 10 years after me - not sure why, but I always expect everyone to have a 1980s birth year for some reason

even the people who are listening to this record, giving it a chance, and kinda "liking" it... aren't convincing me that this is worth picking up. there's just way too much out there. sometimes I (we) focus on the same bands and what they're gonna do rather than listening to good music. I definitely love supporting bands (was in one myself for awhile and we were definitely not "the best out there"), but when you're on rise records and put out a seriously mediocre-at-best and super weird record, I feel like it's time to leave you alone for awhile. pressure was on, they didn't perform. hopefully they make up for it by switching it up next time.

If anyone used their download code and received a 160kbps download, I bitched and Victory uploaded the 320kbps version and sent me a new download code.  I'm sure you could ask for a new code if you wanted.

Actually, I did meet Doug Fluty once at Bills training camp a few years ago. They used to have training camp at the school I go to now, but they stopped the year before I came here.

Having this on clear with black smoke, numbered, /250, is worth the entire subscription in my opinion.

My sleeve was perfect when it arrived but I put all my picture discs into paper sleeves and blank cardboard jackets anyway.
