Kyte30351 got a reaction from freverend in Black Friday RSD 2018
This is I think the only release I am mildly interested in this year. I’d rather have an original press, but overall I just want to listen to this on sweet wax!

Seriously. I'd love to have one last 'Size record to dive into, even if it is an EP.

Got off work and swung by my local store and it was damn near wiped out of RSD titles...except the ones that will sit on the shelf fer a short eternity.

Hey dudes, I work at a record store in Canada and we're bound to have lots of leftovers! I'll post a list after RSD.

Can't believe this is the same band I saw open up for Sevendust. I watched a snippet of them playing "Walk On Water" in a (half-empty) arena last night and couldn't believe how bad and corny it all came across. The audience was an almost-even mix of teen girls and moms. And something tells me the moms came on their own.
I legitimately wish they would have tried one more album in the vein of their debut and then disbanded.

Am I the only one who is on the one hand happy for SW that his solo career is that successful but on the other hand I wish he wasn't that successful so there was still a chance to continue PT? I mean his solo stuff is excellent (the last one was mediocre), but it's still not the same

I’ve wanted to continue to support 30StM since I got into them after hearin’ a demo of “Bhudda For Mary” on some ol’ Epic/Interscope promo CD and fell in love. The debut album is fantastic, ABL was strong, but they started their downhill slide with the second album. And things just continue to get worse. I like parts of “Walk On Water,” but overall it’s pretty bad.
...and to think I saw them like seven or eight times in support of their first album, and Jared Leto even began to recognize me at their shows...

Records I’ll probably never part with...
Dredg - Leitmotif
Unconditional Arms - Kinship (/6 copy with Jeffrey Wright’s son’s handprint on it...album was written for his at-the-time unborn son)
My Cloudkicker tests I got directly from Ben Sharp (Fade, Let Yourself Be Huge, Subsume)
Murder By Death - Bitter Drink... test

They could release a 12LP Box of them farting in 7/8 rhythms, I‘d buy the special edition!
But those 5-6LP Boxsets would be too small...they should include shit like XM, Futile, XMII, Warszawa, we lost the skyline, Atlanta, Novak, Men of Wood, plus stuff like the ones you said...Half-Light, So called friend...

Several Ebay dealers have it at basically original price. My local store's price was $28.98. You can get it on Ebay $28 - $30 plus shipping.
Edited to add: there's one on Discogs now for 21.00US plus shipping from a US seller.

I dig the new single. Not all of it works, but overall I’d probably give it a B. I like it initially more than anythin’ from the second album.

Of course it goes up the month where our company has announced they're going to be downsizing and I might be out of a job later this week. I'll have to get my wife to order it for my birthday!
