I’m already on Reddit a lot, but don’t like how wide some of the SubReddits are. Posted/commented around there while VC was down and basically no one talked with me 😢

I understand it's easier said than done, but this seems like a great opportunity for those laid off to start a new company. Also, those Funko toys are basic and I have never understood why people buy them.

Nice. I have a pre-order from iam8bit that looks like it’s shaping up to be my longest preorder ever. 2+ years.

Hopefully a new press. I had two different copies of the SRC one in the past and both were very quiet and dull. 
 
I still plan to buy this but I’m going to wait. I saw on Reddit that it’ll be a September release.

They’re doing an In Reverie / Can’t Slow Down tour.  Really hoping for a Can’t Slow Down reissue.  Wanted that for years.

They’ve been intentionally both open and confusing about it ha. IG says /2,000 at the show, but this seems to be the same variant of a much larger pressing. They just happened to have that many at the show.

Fairly certain 99% of the people that picked these up have flipped them and not listening to them

Imagine the hysteria that would have happened if the pre-order didn’t leak and the show pressing was the only known repress this weekend lol. People could have probably sold those records from the show on eBay for like $500 a piece

Nice. I honestly did not listen to it that much after its release but once the vinyl came in I realized how good it is. Been listening on vinyl and streaming a lot since.

Real talk I’ve never heard this album, even though I was listening to plenty of RFC bands at the time. My extent of Superheaven knowledge is when Lil Tay used to troll on people at Bled Fest and someone said “I’m here for Daylight” and he said “Whoa! Superfan.”. The end.

IMO, the standard Id really like labels to adopt is what iam8bit does. Even though their estimates are garbage and often change, they have all the preorder times listed on its own page. So it’s easy to not bug customer support when it’s just available for me right there.

Sorry for resurrecting one last time. Album is alright. If you’re into Shades work, it’s decent.
 
Interesting part to come out of this the new label they’re on called “Blue Grape Music” It’s run by co-founder of Roadrunner and A&R from Roadrunner. Yeah they continue to use unobfuscated JS on their sites so I just look at the answers in the developer console.

I still need to go back and figure out which one was worse, the Untitled Collectors Fiasco or Pale Horses. I recall that one taking like a year, then they shipped most people (myself included) two copies of Side A/B. So they sent a care package with Side C/D, and a piece of paper that had the correct Dorothy lyrics on it. You were supposed to glue that down over the misprint, but I found it funnier to not replace it. All in, took about 1.5 years to get a correctly packaged copy.

Don’t know which thread to bump, but there are non-picture disc represses of some of the records.

Did they really over estimate how these would sell?? They are preorders but it doesn’t look like any of these variants from the previous releases have sold out. 

Here’s a new one. Corner of mailer soaked (to the point it was falling apart) with laundry detergent. Of course it was an album pressed one time only from 1999. Corner of sleeve wet, stained blue and reeking of detergent. 

I’ve gotten some mystery boxes from them in the past. Willing to trade if I get duplicates.
