Will listen. I think I only played the last one a few times though. -
PO Now: (Thee) Oh Sees - Orc
jeromium replied to lethalenforcer's topic in Vinyl Collective Message Board
I was expecting something up on Castle Face today but still nothing! A couple of those variants seem cool. -

MBV was pretty good, haven't listened to it that much though. But good example. I've never listened to Afghan Whigs. I can hardly stand any Weezer beyond the blue album. So yeah, it's all subjective.

It was haha funny. -
It's all subjective of course, but I can't think of any off the top of my head. I prefer to be pleasantly surprised than to have any sort of high expectations.

The thought of an original lineup reunion doesn't do much for me - except maybe for touring reasons although I don't go to stadium shows. I know better than to have high expectations for any potential new material this long after the band's prime, no matter who's in whatever band is being discussed.

Tool Vinyl BUYING GUIDE (Original/Boots, etc.)
jeromium replied to topher's topic in Vinyl Collective Message Board
Yeah I would buy Lateralus again if they released it as a non-picture disc. Also would buy Aenima with a quickness. -

Damn I didn't get this email until this morning, missed out on the Sugar Into Tea (although I might have been able to get one if KingTacoMunster didn't buy two). Ordered the tour version with ticket to Seattle. -
ORB - Naturality (PRE-ORDER)
jeromium replied to GazHilarant's topic in Vinyl Collective Message Board
Nice, digging that track. I really need to check out their first one, and I wish I'd shown up early enough when I saw King Gizzard last time. My friends and I were more concerned with boozing next door. -
I bet these will sound great but as none of them are long albums I'm happy to have them all on 1LP. Just got the last one I needed a few weeks ago, Here Come the Warm Jets.

PO: ABLE BAKER FOX - "Visions" LP + limited bundles
jeromium replied to nihac's topic in Vinyl Collective Message Board
Woah I missed this thread initially - great news! Is there an official release date for the album? Site says "late summer". Edit: Never mind, the web store page says August 25.- 19 replies

~GHOSTLY.INT // Catch-All Thread
jeromium replied to Derek™'s topic in Vinyl Collective Message Board
The original digital release was 7 tracks including "Komputer" - a perfect set and length. The 2012 vinyl and digital reissue had 11 tracks not including "Komputer". The additional tracks diluted the quality of the EP, IMHO. The new reissue seems to have an identical track listing to the 2012 reissue/1st vinyl press. -

[PO]: Skinny Puppy - Remission & Bites
jeromium replied to radiatorhums's topic in Vinyl Collective Message Board
Had to do some deep-digging to find where those Download reissues were being sold. Nothing on Artoffact's bandcamp page, and I had to scroll deep, deep down their Facebook page to find a link to an article which then posted links to where to buy them - on stormingthebase.com. Wow. Seems that most variants are still available there, and the rest on Discogs. Just copped the clear/blue splatter of TEOSP on Discogs along with III and Sidewinder on Storming the Base. Thanks for bringing this to my attention! -

What?! I checked their site before posting the question and saw no mention of any of these releases. I would buy those in a heartbeat. -
