V3XED got a reaction from MCDELTAT in Protest The Hero - Fortress (Repress / Remaster)
Another variant of Fortress is being pressed for the "VIP GOLD" ticket-holders on the 10 year anniversary tour.
The album is not just re-pressed, but REMASTERED, specifically for vinyl!
They also stated it is x/1000 so I am hoping there are leftovers after the tour has run its course.
(Fun Fact: I decided to make a new topic but I almost senselessly bumped the one from 2015 for the lolz)

V3XED reacted to unknown pleasures in PO NOW: Macintosh Plus - Floral Shoppe (Bubblegum Pink wax)
You can:
Pay a fortune on Discogs or
Wait for more copies to be listed since they seem to pop up every couple of weeks at random or
Ask stl_ben, who apparently purchased several hundred copies and might cut you a deal off Discogs.

V3XED got a reaction from Group Buy Guy in PO NOW: As I Lay Dying "Frail Words Collapse" and "Shadows Are Security"
Loool, IDK man. The mockup was ugly, but that is reallly ugly.
Glad I waited, I think my new leaning is towards the indiemerch yellow/orange splotchy one.

V3XED reacted to hsp88 in PO: The Routes - Dysphoria Swirl (60 Copies Pressed)
Japan Fuzz lords The Routes are back with an epic new LP. Following the “In This Perfect Hell” album (released on Groovie Records in March 2017), “Dirty Needles and Pins” is the second album release coming late 2017 by The Routes, and their sixth studio album to date.
"Dysphoria Swirl" vinyl limited to 60 hand pressed copies. Each is one of a kind and personally hand poured by myself! Thats right, I stood over the hopper hand feeding it pink and neon green for about 5 hours to create these beauties and I'm pretty proud of it!

V3XED reacted to wiretap in PO NOW: NORMA JEAN - POLAR SIMILAR
Oh weird, thought I mentioned it but we originally wanted to do a much nicer packaging for the record but the label turned it down due to cost, being a 2xLP and all but now that’s being printed now and we will be providing more info when that’s ready to go.

Someone please buy this and let the board know if said blowjob is included. Appreciate it.

V3XED reacted to lethalenforcer in Amazon Delivery and Packaging: Let's Talk About Box, Baby
Sometimes, they deliver quickly and it's packaged well.
Other times, they deliver quickly and it's packaged poorly.
And some other times, they deliver slowly and it's packaged well.

V3XED reacted to Aych in Urban Outfitters Exclusive Vinyl & Sale Discussion
idk how it is about every UO, but we're a lower-volume store so we don't get every exclusive that gets pressed. We get a good number of them, but most of the smaller runs (like the Abra album, which I was kinda hoping we got lol) usually go to the bigger stores or they sell through reasonably quickly online. Apparently UO also doesn't mind sending us strict releases like three weeks late, tho, so what do I know? lmao.

V3XED reacted to dawhizz in Best/Worst Customer Service from a Distro/Label?
Ordered two Rebuilder albums from Panic State Records (https://www.panicstaterecords.com/) on 12/7 (Rock & Roll in America on black vinyl and the Sounds from the Mass Turnpike EP on black vinyl). They ended up going out a week and a half later and I got them on 12/22, which I don't consider to be untimely given that it's the busy Christmas season and I certainly didn't complain about the timeliness of shipment, but they ended up putting in another variant of Sounds from the Mass Turnpike (Celtic green & white) for free to apologize for sending it late. I even contacted them to make sure it wasn't a mistake.
Good people over there (and those albums are great too).

V3XED got a reaction from N8TRU in Rise Records Holiday Vinyl
Back in the day I actually "knew" Kyle and David through my girlfriend at the time. They seemed alright... At least in the context of 30m on a tour bus here and there.
Either way I'll still listen to fun music made by shitty people. Just need to press Hell so I can close the circle.

V3XED reacted to Bladewillisisdead in PO NOW: Unearth - The Oncoming Storm (5 Variants)
Back during the peak "fighting invisible ninjas while wearing girl jeans" era I went to 3 Unearth shows and always left before they played. It wasn't anything against them, I just wanted to see the opening bands more and had other shit to do.
(In the sake of fairness, I'll admit I still wear girl jeans and occasionally do pit ninja shit)

I wouldn't mind a Decoder press. That album was pretty solid. Glad I got to see them.

V3XED got a reaction from N8TRU in Rise Records Holiday Vinyl
I can, that album nostalgia's so hard. It was the breakout star for a whole new sub-genre, at a time when it was actually a new and exciting sound. Not a cookie cutter b-band troupe.
I went in for one of those, as well as the Breath Carolina record.
