Funny you bring that series up. Haze just posted they're doing a 1/3 drop of a mistake 7" from that series on 1/2. I don't collect 7" but will snag one because Melvins / Cows and the artwork Haze did is awesome.

The copy I ordered from Amazon (thanks for the above tip) arrived this evening. I just jammed the first side and it sounds great to me.

I'd be interested in putting this remaster up against the Mobile Fidelity pressing. I think that's one of the best sounding records I've ever heard.

Everything is super inflated right now. It’s a total bummer. I pulled my copy of APC - Emotive on orange wax the other night. I bought it from Newbury used, like new 11ish years ago for $9.99.

I was really excited to hear this record after all the good reviews. I was a bit bummed after my first listen because nothing was memorable and I haven’t wanted to go back again because of other recent releases that did catch my attention (ETID, Borrocho, etc). I’ll try to add it into the rotation again and see if it’s a grower.

This doesn’t even sound like the same band. Lame.

Spoken word would be cool, but I'm not sure I have the attention span for it. What did everyone think of the new record? It pains me to say this, but it fell really flat for me. It sounded like an hour and a half of songs they've done before. I get they're not reinventing the wheel, but it's just mid-paced blah imo.
