Of course artists evolve. No one felt his last solo record was meant to be a Thrice Lp but it was less in your face and more inclusive.
And as the newest asshole on this board let me educate you: 99.9% of the people on here have no tolerance for intolerance. The more ive read about Mars Hill the bigger the fuck you this album gets. If his form of Christianity is informed by their teachings then yes, I have no interest. Ill continue to go to my church where everyone is welcome and accepted for who they are. I can't take Christian songs about love seriously when they come from a sect full of hate for homosexuals and old fashion shunning a for dissent.

I am not a religious man, I do not believe in any sort of god. this is obviously a worship album, I do enjoy most of Dustin's music and though most of his music has (mostly) subtle religious tones, this is just too much for me to handle. I shall pass.

Hopefully next to the craft beer so when my girlfriend drags me shopping I can browse both simultaneously.

I LOVED a couple songs on the last album but the rest bored me. I can't decide if I should buy this. Probably not.

But then how will you know which Disturbed album is best?

This is the exact type of crap that is making me buy less records. All these excessive variants all at once and lame bundles becoming the norm. I think the onesie in a bundle takes the cake for trying way too hard. I would have normally bought this record and now I'm not motivated to buy it at all.

The few times I went out on RSD and waited in line I immediately hated the folks around me in line. I just stood in line silently and quietly seethed about the annoying people around me until the store opened.

If you've slept on that Alcoa debut, get on it. One of the best releases of 2013 in my opinion. Derek is a tremendous lyricist.
