No new news here, just wanting to express yet again how f**kin' good Oceansize were. Been listening to my ipod the last couple days, due to a road trip yesterday. Listening to it with the songs playing alphabetically and it just got to 'Amputee'. But yeah, this song crushes. Sad I never got to see them live. Still not sure they ever played in the US.

I use a pencil and notepad. Speaking of dead format. 

Pretty sure that translates to 2000 total pressed (per the hype sticker) and 1350 went to US distribution.

Online sales have been a fucking shit show on my end.

They just announced that the STORE on 10th street has closed but they still are doing the online thing. Bummed as this was my RSD go-to in the city. No frills but always easy peasy and always well stocked. 
 

Hoping to get Spacehog. If anyone sees an extra, please let me know.  I have cash waiting.

Just received my copy of the White with Purple a little bit ago. It's more purple than white, but whatever. Super nice packaging. Record is relatively clean straight out of the sleeve, but I cleaned it anyway. Only two songs in, but this sounds really stellar. Nice clear sound, no pops or clicks, rich bass. Seems to be a super solid pressing. Been waiting for this on vinyl for ages, so happy to have this!

Oh not at all. I was only trying to help, if by chance you didn't understand the severity of it here. Of course we all have bigger fish to fry during a scenario such as this, but damn, we need new music too! One can only listen to the same 500 records for so long.

Just an update for anyone who may be in a similar situation, I finally received my order from Australia to the USA yesterday (was shipped at the very end of March). I was told they have moved a lot of shipping from air to boat so that is causing delays.

I mailed a record from the Bronx to Queens on April 6. It's been bouncing around the country, going as far as Iowa before going through Jersey City twice. It still hasn't been delivered. If everyone there called out, that makes sense.

Lady at my local PO said that everyone at JC hub "Called in sick." This was around that time actually.

just spent 6 hrs piling alphabetically  a to z . now to sort each letter into bands  then sort out quality  copies from party records. maybe in a week I will have some idea of whats here  too bad mice ate some covers   but they don't like the taste of vinyl
