I’m not on any social media anymore, but it’s surprising to see people still posting the records the same way they were in 2015. Like, having legit photo shoots and matching your outfits and setting to them.  The most try-hard thing you can do.

I feel sorry for her. It would suck to live such a miserable existence. I also feel sorry for her "friends" who have to listen to her going off all of the time.
Maybe if someone starts overreacting here we can just tell them not to be a Mean Jeannine. LOL.

Wax Vessel said that the high cost on the signature variants was to help subsidize the cost on the natural PVC variant. I'm not sure the logic on that, unless they don't think many people are going to buy the PVC variant (or to help encourage more sales of the PVC variant with a lower price?). They also said it was to help get cash in the hands of Nightmarer to help support their Euro tour. Based on the state of the industry and how little these bands make in the genres we listen to, I'm fine with the price as long as the majority of the money is going to the band.
 
100%, which is why I'm glad 99% of their releases are bands that I have zero interest in.

It actually looks really nice with the small amount of blue in there. Works really well with the cover. People emailing you to complain about it is pretty pathetic imo. 

thanks for your patience with me on this one, y'all. i know there have been some headaches over the last year or so. we've really been going through it. i'm def not trying to make any excuses though and want everyone to be happy with what they ordered. i will say tho, i've had so much support from friends when it gets crazy, but day to day, all customer service, shipping, receiving, inventorying—it's all just me. so it can get kinda backed up sometimes (it is right now). we're bringing on more folks to help soon and gradually rebounding from the whole Awesome Merch fiasco. i can't express how much that knocked us completely on our ass tho. i think we're putting out some of the nicest, high quality, intentionally packaged records of any indie label our size currently despite all that. and i think we're gonna get things more organized and streamlined in the next few months. so, yeah, idk, i am rambling, but i just wanted to say thanks for bearing with us on some super annoying pre-orders. we'll definitely get things humming along again here shortly. 
 
oh! also! anyone getting the "Polaris Blue" variant and finding it doesn't look as intended. we're looking into how this happened as this isn't what we ordered. i was as suprised as any of you. here's some copy pasta i've sent a few people who have emailed to inquire about it:

Fuck the prices on the new reissue. There's no reason it should cost that much even in today's market. Thank god I don't feel the need to add any more copies of Isis records I already own to my collection.
