Seriously though, if you're looking for a turntable with built-in speakers, it really doesn't matter; they're all pretty poor, both in sound quality and build. Pick your poison and the results will be the same no matter what.
I don't recall ever seeing one with headphone jacks, but I could be wrong.
As for headphones, if you're looking for something cheap, try these from Monoprice. They get a lot of hype for being way better than $20 heaphones should be. If it were me, I'd probably go with Grado sr80i's, but you're looking at $100 new.

We are doing a subscription as well. It wont be a yearly thing but instead a quarterly thing with 6 or 7 releases per subscription. We will be announcing it either next Friday or the following Monday. You will also know all the releases it includes. We haven't announced 3 or 4 of them yet.

We're gonna be doing one like our first singles subscription but way cooler.

I've been not so secretly been knitting a scarf. Probably need to come up with something else.. socks maybe.

Honestly I would rather quality releases and them fully on board instead of putting something out just to meet their quota. I have been happy with the releases so far, as some bands I was not familiar with, but I also am looking forward to future releases.
I agree though that I would have much preferred different covers then the white vinyl and obi strips. I think the more limited nature, hand numbered, and special covers of last year were far better than this years.

I was thinking maybe we could do a VC dropbox kind of thing, where we would all share tracks/albums... I mean, you can't download them, so it'd only be streaming and not stealing or illegally sharing.. And naturally, you wouldn't post anything that hasn't been released unless its cool with the artist. Maybe with each album we could have a pdf on where to buy the record, too?
It'd be a cool way for a ton of people to be introduced to many different styles of music and bands they might never hear about?
Would also be a good way for VC bands to get their music out!!

I love these guys. Saw their acoustic set in a coffee shop right before they left to record their new album. So good, a little scared of this record though since they signed to Rise.

I think it makes some arguments seem funny, if it's the same few people down voting each other you can just look at it and laugh. I cannot tell yet if I like how you can see who voted you up or down. Post wisely!

You guys have some awesome equipment! My set-up is more of a "Punk-Rock" affair, in the way that it's not very good but I love it more than anything.

I've actually got more LP's than that but they won't fit on the shelf anymore.
