(Also, happy to make my first post in the forums and not just the sell/trade section) As has been repeated ad nauseum in this thread... it sounded like garbage because it was just silver printed on a picture disc, rather than silver colored vinyl. Glossy all the way and the gold is a little lighter then in the mock ups, if they even are, they look pretty similar to each other. I love the gatefold design. Sound is good an very dynamic. nico Posted May 7, 2014 Share Posted May 7, 2014 from what i understand, the OP was exclusively released in the US. if this is true, that means a UK pressing is in high demand for US citizens. 3500 isn't a lot considering the population of the UK, i can easily see that number selling out in no time to a country that didn't have a chance at owning it on vinyl ever before. First of all, MOV isn't an UK label, nor are these records pressed in the UK. Secondly MOV is not only focused on the UK, but also the rest of Western Europe has a ton of distributers for there records. You will see a ton of them in German stores and mostly they get shipped first to Dutch shops, hence the amount of low numbers out here when a release is individualy numbered, since they are pressed in the Netherlands.
