Juturna90
I think at the time art damage and TAOM were pressed a lot of people that are into their music scene or the general EVR catalogue weren't as crazy about collecting vinyl.
Juturna90
I love art damage, but I do agree TAOM was their best. As well as their S/T that I would love to see a vinyl pressing of someday. I'm kind of in the middle with OHPS. It just seems like I was too young to grasp that album as much as the rest.
brianmorgante
some people got an awesome deal on this!
codeine
Yeah I remember feeling that their best stuff was TAOM and the track '237' that was on the Master of Horror soundtrack and A Little Less Teeth EP. It's been so long, though. I barely even remember and don't really listen to stuff like that anymore. I would prob go back and revisit TAOM just to see if it holds up, but I doubt it, considering how much my tastes have shifted over time since that came out.I'll definitely never forget that Halloween show where they wore the Team Zissou uniforms, though. That's how I'll always remember them. I feel blessed for being able to see BvS live before they called it quits. They played almost every song they had. They pretty much played Right Now... AND Terrorhawk in entirety, minus just a few tracks. lssr_ttrgrmmtn
Bladewillisisdead
I had to work the night that tour was playing a mile from my job. So fucking pissed I didn't go.I liked Since by Man but really hate myself for missing Bear vs Shark. Was never into Fear Before, but saw them a couple times opening for other bands. My Fucking Deer Hunter is a decent jam though.
ilikeguitars
The Dudestorm tour was one of my favorite lineups. Bear vs Shark was just so good, really wish i could see them again. tetsuodaironman
Bladew1ll1s1sdead
Bear Vs Shark are from the city right next to mine. I'm so happy people here dig them.
just a normal guy kevin
I loved almost being hit in the face with their swinging bass/guitars at high school punk shows!
just a normal guy kevin
Lead singer also had a sweet skeleton mask.
drdrums70
TAOM > Art Damage. I would have loved for Scarlet or BHBS to have gotten pressed.
just a normal guy kevin
I also saw the bear vs shark guy stuff the mic into his mouth while he humped a piano during Busses No Busses. #HSconcertmemories
_stretts
I would give my left nut to see BvS live... man that break up hit me hard, was a member of their band forum and made some good friends on there
converge88
I had tickets to go see BvS but it was canceled due to a hurricane. They broke up before ever rescheduling. I'm still pissed about it.

docdasuess
I am very new to VC, but I have to say checking this message board constantly at work and catching gems like this make it all worth while. I had been on the hunt for this album for a while and couldn't justify paying eBay prices but jumped on this without a second thought. Haven't got such a huge adrenaline rush from a deal like this one in a while. THE_James_Champ and FailureByDesign

jhulud
As some have mentioned, I picked up my copy when SH was having a massive sale. $8 and it was the signed edition /100. Ha! THE_James_Champ
brandy
Extremely bummed to miss this. One of my jams back in the day. Here's to hoping more of this goes up...

kurtz
Had no idea this record was so sought after. It was available for so long. Always assumed it was like a $5-$8 record. Are people going nuts for The Always Open Mouth too? At one point I had two copies of that. Sold them both, I'm sure for no more than 10 or 12 bucks tops. Vince Ives
TAOM is one of those albums I listen to (on CD sadly) not all that often, but every time I do I think it's incredible.
