Eliminator Jr.
From the e-mail, it sounds like she's filled designated slots... to the point where she'd like to be notified of anyone backing out. I'm assuming she'll refund any payments that don't correlate with her list of confirmed buyers, after all the dust has settled and orders get dialed in. This exactly. In her mail she was asking to be notified when costs wouldn't match ones expectations, so she could pass 'your' copy to someone else. I'd just ask kindly if there are any open slots left. JRHews
I'm in for the $42 then, no problems here. Only slightly higher than I though so no worries. Can't wait to have this!
eight1echo
I emailed her and backed out, if someone didn't get a slot you might want to try contacting her again to fill my spot.

eskimoswim
i think i'll stick with the regular version. it isn't my favorite release by her and i prefer the retail artwork
Guest
I ended up ordering a copy. I've passed on the past limited edition Grouper LPs but this one is (a little) more in my price range.
dkrtz
Think I may have to pass.. $42 is almost a third of my check this week.. is there a time limit on ordering with her?
Guest
Not sure about a time limit, but there will be a second pressing if this sells well.
Mourning Wood
Not sure about a time limit, but there will be a second pressing if this sells well. Kranky keeps records in print for a long time.
Guest
I was talking about the deluxe from Liz, not the Kranky version.
spoon
A friend of mine just received their copy, looks good! (the print on the right is from the Vessel EP, not this release): Mourning Wood and CaptainHerbalLife
OldKentuckyShark
A friend of mine just received their copy, looks good! (the print on the right is from the Vessel EP, not this release): Did he/she say if this came with a DL code? I'm guessing no since Kranky doesn't do those. rooks
Did people recieve word via email? I had a feeling these just might "show up" unannounced at some point, but was getting a little concerned!
nelso330
remember folks she said she will be shipping these out in a "spread out" fashion as she is on various trips and such...some won't go out until December so a few of us unlucky folks will have to wait another month! spoon
Mine arrived today in California, no email or shipping confirmation. I haven't had the chance to open the mailer yet but will check to see if there's a dl code tomorrow.

Eliminator Jr.
Got the retail copy today. Beautiful looking cover and the records sounds very very good. No dlc, didn't expect one from kranky in the first place.
scentofdeath
Got mine today. Everything looks incredible, except I've got some dirty ass fingerprints all over my vinylz. :\ Maybe they are Liz's dirty ass fingerprints

nelso330
I was thinking / hoping the Special Edition was going to still have the Kranky artwork inside the outer art sleeve! Nope, sadly. I think the cover art on this release is my favorite of all her releases...shucks...still happy to have the LTD ED copy of course...man and a few have sold for over $100....wow
wellnow
Whatever happened to her making 500 more copies? Hard to believe there isn't the demand.
