ditc586
I checked just two days ago to see if FMM and Woodson were back in stock on doghouse and had accepted defeat. It seems you have made my night - thank you. make my day and sell me that Coheed album for a decent price
radiatorhums
Well, I mean you couldn't argue with any LP. They can't state their argument because they can't talk. That just means I win every argument!
radiatorhums
Also, listened to On A Wire and it still doesn't do much for me. Guess I'll have to try it again in another 5 years.

I think a lot of people agree with you. Those same people seem to like Guilt Show much more than I do.

The odd thing is I think the Guilt Show and On a Wire songs are great on the live album (which I would buy in a heartbeat if it got pressed). Not sure what's going on there! Going through On A Wire again, I'm pretty impressed with it musically. It's quite a leap from STWHA and it's great that they took that risk. It just isn't for me. I find it interesting there hasn't been any talk of There Are Rules. I didn't love it, but I didn't hate it either. It wasn't an amazing comeback album, but it wasn't laughably bad (like a lot of comeback albums are). All this GUK talk has made me throw on STWHA, been a while since I've listened to it. I was checking out There Are Rules last night and I kept thinking to myself, "If this wasn't a TGUK album I'd really love it." But expecting what I expect from TGUK, I can't get into it. sacredheart
I never bothered with Rules, I heard the EP and was not impressed at all so I didnt bother with it. I saw THUK back in March and they did two songs off of it, they were ok I guess but nothing compared to the rest of the set they played. distinctlydustin
STWHA is one of those albums I know where I was when it first listened to it. Don't worry, STWHA, I'll catch you... when I have the spending money.

TheGhostOfRandySavage
Sorry for being somewhat unrelated to the topic but my local second hand record store has a near mint copy of the black / green first press of Say Anything - is a real boy for $40. Would you say this is a good deal? Why not ask this in the Is A Real Boy repress thread...?

dapeebs
Will wait out for an official pre-order. Not dealing with SRC again unless they press a favorite album of mine exclusively.
