stl_ben
Previous liquid filled records: Jack White MSRP: $100 Flaming Lips MSRP: $2700 Sure those prices are inflated some, but they are not cheap to make.
+hecollec+or
Seriously doubt 50 Previous liquid filled records: Jack White MSRP: $100 Flaming Lips MSRP: $2700 Sure those prices are inflated some, but they are not cheap to make. oops.... had no idea they were that expensive
museummouth
I'm guessing $50 just because that's the max I'll pay.
subplotofcrows
Regular records will probably be $30-$35, blood-filled will probably be $50-$60. I feel like they will definitely be pricier.
jaxvinyl
I'm guessing $40-45. The double sided Rosemary's probably wasn't that cheap to make either, and they still only charged $27.
museummouth
DOTD was $30-32 if I remember correctly for a 2xLP tip-on. Rosemary's is $27 for a single but there was no extra charge for the variant there which definitely cost more to make. I'm guessing the standard would be $27 and the blood filled maybe $40-50. stl_ben
any liquid filled records are going to be considerably more expensive because they are not made by machine. They each have to be hand constructed which shoots up the manufacturers costs. Different color variants are still done by machine and fast and easy to make. If I remember correctly it cost over $50 to make the Jack ones alone, and that was a record in no sleeve.....
noalarmplanet
Is this a 1 or 2x LP?

hxcoliver
I sure hope these liquid ones are way better than the jack white ones. A lot of those had leakage problems from the get go, and mine is completely dried out now
noalarmplanet
I'm really curios to even see how it would work since the jack white one was a 7" and the playable part was just the outer edge.

rooks
I'm thinking $65 but I guess we will see. If it's higher then $70 it's an absolute no-go. I know this is flip-bait but, I want to hang onto it.

I'm no expert, but I would have to imagine that a "first-of-it's-kind" double sided record like Rosemary's would require some form of human element during the manufacturing process. Definitely not cheap to make either (although to be fair, still cheaper than a liquid filled record). All I'm saying is that in the past, Waxwork hasn't charged extra for their records that were probably more expensive to manufacture. I wouldn't be surprised if the price point was a little lower than we are expecting. Guess we'll see!
