Albums That Should Be RE-PRESSED on Vinyl

Recommended Posts

The Ataris - So Long Astoria
Brand New - Deja Entendu (though i suspect that could be coming?)
Sum 41 - Chuck
Ben Folds - Rockin' The Suburbs

Everything else i can think of has either been pressed in the last few years (so won't be due again for a while) or has people saying they'll be coming out soon (MCR)

Pig Destroyer's  "Prowler in the Yard" is getting remastered and repressed, I just don't know when. It was announced over the Summer: http://www.heavyblogisheavy.com/2013/07/01/news-bits-from-this-months-decibel-magazine-ulcerate-update-on-new-album-pig-destroyers-prowler-in-the-yard-to-see-reissue/#more-41894

I'm with you on Marina, but her label didn't do such a great job promoting her so sadly who knows if or when it will ever get a repress. If Electra Heart were ever pressed, I would buy it instantly.

Yeah, she's had a lot of label issues. But there has been a really high demand for her albums to be pressed and the label gets slammed with tweets and emails about it daily. I'm hoping it's enough to get something in the works.

Taking Back Sunday - Louder Now

I've always waited with buying this record and now it seems OOP.

And while they're at it they should also press the self titled album.

I paid a hundred bucks for a copy of Louder Now on eBay a couple months ago; my obsession with that album is unhealthy. It's a really average release though, kinda crammed for a single LP and the sleeve is kinda average. That said though, I spin it all the time because I love the hell out of it. It could use one of those fancy double LP/gatefold represses though, we'd totally buy that shit up.

And no idea why they haven't done self-titled yet. It'd sell.
