mcpherson123
Could just be the lighting but it looks more like a darker maroon type of red. I dig it!
duckula
Very excited for this, hopefully a RoC repress will follow it.
Guest
Could just be the lighting but it looks more like a darker maroon type of red. I dig it! I hope it is. I have a few standard translucent red albums and it is getting old.
mcpherson123
I feel you. I definitely dig a nice translucent red but opaque red is where its at. The way this one looks is a welcome variation on standard red.
mcpherson123
Ah, the mystery is solved. What exactly is the issue with it sounding good? I don't follow you on that.
phoenixinflight
Finally, I won't have to pay exorbitant sums for this album on eBay.

Both will be available in digital, CD and vinyl formats, and Relationship of Command will be sold on limited color vinyl for Record Store Day on April 20. The band's own label, Twenty-First Chapter Records, will release the reissues in the U.S. Transgressive will release them in the UK and Europe. In Canada, they will be released byDine Alone, Stop/Start in Australia and New Zealand, and in Japan, Daymare Recordings/Disk Union." http://pitchfork.com/news/49333-at-the-drive-in-to-reissue-acrobatic-tenement-and-relationship-of-command/
mcpherson123
Sexy. Will most likely grab the standard ROC reissue. If its happens to work out that I can get my hands on the RSD color variant then I might grab it. youspinmeround
blugel
hmmm, wonder if ROC will be 'remastered', as hasn't Omar said in the past that he wasn't happy with the mastering?
mcpherson123
Yeah, I'm not sure if he ever got around to that or not but either it will be nice for people to grab this for less than $100.

cfrancese5
So happy that ROC is finally being repressed... Probably one of the records I want most that I just won't pull the trigger on Ebay for.
travis
Anyone know who distro's Twenty-First Chapter Records in the US?
isavedlatin54
i may have missed something... is ROC getting a standard pressing other than the Special RSD colors?
Guest
RSD actually has me pretty interested this year.

mcpherson123
I assumed that because there were two dates for ROC, April 22 (standard re-release on CD and digital and possibly standard vinyl) and the RSD release on April 20 (which is confirmed as a color vinyl variant for ROC), there would be a standard vinyl release that is not "limited" like the RSD color variant. I may very well be wrong though.
