I've been a Veg for almost 19 years. I don't eat cheese - well, maybe once a week but very rarely. I have yogurt with grain in the morning for protein. Nope - my diet is pretty freaking excellent overall. I had a carrot and an apple for a snack and that's typical. I checked my log and I did over 8 hours of exercise last week. My body has simply quit loving the weight as I've been fluctuating form 179-182 for a long long time. 

 

Anyway, I'll figure it out. I wish there was a pill to burn the fat but I don't want a temporary solution. I've taken off over 30 pounds naturally and I don't want that to change.

I can't drink hot beverages, it seems weird to me. So tea is right out.

i only hot beverage I drink is hot choc during the winter and i dont even do it that often. I do not enjoy hot liquids....including soups and such. I rarely eat those.

 

I'm really picky about my hot beverages, I generally prefer everything iced even in Winter. But I'm started to warm up *badum tiiisssh* to hot drinks. I've never minded hot tea though. 

 

Have some bread.

 

This is going to be a thing now. 

 

When I get sick, bread is one of the few things I can eat because my stomach is so unsettled. My anxiety causes me to get that same awful feeling, so carbs and ginger are the best thing for soothing it.

i saw a pair of pink floyd chucks i really wanted.  but alas, not sure i'd wear them enough to justify the price.  i can be so damn prissy sometimes.
