It's only 75F here today, so not too bad, but I'm in a huge glass building that retains heat so the AC needs to be on. $45 is pretty insane. Pittsburgh is one of those cities where if the hear doesn't get you, the humidity will. Your weather is pretty much the same as ours, since we're close and both are close to the lakes.
