Some people hate their lives and want to drag people down with them.. came across a lot of them working in retail.. just miserable people that will never be happy.

forreal I remember dealing with angry people all day when I was young working retail, some people are so mad you can tell they're going to be a pain before they even talk lol. The more you keep your cool the angrier they seem to get  :o

 

I strive not to be a grumpy grump like them  :wub:

Yea for sure, staying cool, and being polite no matter what they did or said would make them more furious.  One lady actually came back in to Target the day after she griped at me and apologized,  that was nice.

 

Life's too short to be that way!!
