Ill predict their very limited quantities will be gone as fast as some of their prints, strictly due to the low run numbers and flippable nature of this release. They were able to fulfill by Drive soundtrack pre-order (pink variant version which was cool) but they eventually cancelled by Maniac pre-order (that was just recently, like in the past 2 weeks). I'm guessing they will cancel the Halloween pre-orders. I've never seen them actually remove a listing before. Normally they just say "temporarily out of stock" or something like that. Problem is, Mondo will be soldout of their stock by the time you have any idea of whether or not Amazon will be able to fulfill your order. There are other avenues though but I just like to be safe and order it when it first drops on Mondos website and not have to worry about shit like that.
