There hasn't even been speculation on this outside of a possible connection to what happened 20 years ago, right? I mean, the explosion was caused by the fire and nothing unreasonable when a fire breaks out at a fertilizer plant. The question is, did someone start the fire purposely, right? Limits on how much inventory they can hold and essentially fire/bomb-proof storage facilities underground for the product. Seems like something that you could kinda see coming (maybe things like this are already in place and there was jut nothing that could be done).
