You probably write exclusively bad reviews on yelp. And complain when a digital operator asks you to premiera dos para espanol. I also imagine that you have sent a cheeseburger back to the kitchen because there was a dice of onion on it- when you never even expressed that you didn't want onion on it. You're the kind of person who takes their frustration with a company out on the minimum wage cashier who is helpless beyond what the computer allows them to do.
