I would assume it did but I dont really know, I dont work on the site or have visibility to customers orders or anything like the customer service reps do. I have none of those things. Many of my coworkers don't have them either. That doesn't mean we either "chose" or didn't "choose" to work the job we do. Not everyone can work a job that gives them a break during the holidays, but if I'm stuck working in retail for now I'd rather do it in a store that sells things I care about (read vinyl).
