That's why I have to clean my room twice a week. If my space (room, phone, computer, etc) is messy, I feel like my brain is messy and I'm far more prone to anxiety attacks. It's bizarre but keeping things together has really helped. All my backgrounds used to just be the Lydia-Illuminate art and it was how I could spot if people were cool (because they'd point it out.)
