The guy is a champ at everything he's done and he's taken a long term mentoring role in the lives of his players. If we are honest we all hate the fact that his program snipes awesome recruits and are perennial contenders. Well, Billy Donovan is becoming that but the aura of Duke is killer. Their program was nothing compared to what it is now before Coach K - I can see a dip for years once he's done but he's build a program that should always be considered top-tier. I wouldn't bet on them slipping once he retires. Tommy Amaker seems like the logical replacement and he's done a helluva job at Harvard.
