Not sure about the dimensions, but I love a good bit of repurposed upcycling. 9/10.

Yeah, they made money off TWIABP related stuff. They weren't paying rent with like Brigtside LPs

Here's a few guidelines suggestions I've thought of for those that wish to partake.

1) Include a j-card
We all have tapes so it shouldn't be too hard to just trace another j-card and make your own design. It makes it feel more special than just writing on the shitty j-card that comes with blanks.

2) Include a tracklist
This obviously helps identify what's on it in case the person wishes to look the song/band up.

3) Include a label name / release number
If you had a label, what would it be called? Is this your 1st release or your 69th? Get creative with it.

4) Have a nice transition between songs
While we all have our favorite songs, slapping them in random order can make it hard to listen to. Try to set up a nice flow between tracks.

If anyone has more guidelines suggestions, let me know and I'll add to the list!

Let's get this ball rolling. If you're looking for blanks, a great place to check is Goodwill. Everyone I've ever bought came from there. All of them still sealed. I actually have four of them sitting in my tape holder right now that are still in the package.

I came across a post of yours the other day and decided to check out the Quality Time album. I've now had it on repeat for the last few days, it's amazing! I also ordered the tape right away too. I can't wait to see what else is to come, not just from the band, but from your label as well.

i hate to say it , but i'm pretty glad i didn't subscribe again... never got my mix from last year either.

nicole (d. shanholtzer) was kicked out of the band late last year for unknown private reasons, as well as multiple bands (TWIABP, For Everest, Skull Kid) quietly dissociating themselves with BWM, but no public statement nor reasoning for all this has been publicised/released yet.
 
it's all very hazy and i like her a lot so i'm very concerned over what happened. i know her mental condition is poor and she's been in and out of hospital recently just nothing discerning has come to light. the bands whom disconnected from BWM didn't say why and there's really no way to know what happened yet.
 
either way it's pretty certain now that BWM isn't associated with TWIABP anymore, at the very least. BWM is still running, albeit slowly.

i'm hoping to find someone to swap tapes\cds with every so often, maybe every 6 or 9 or 12 months.  i'm into a bit of everything (especially indie, punk, emo, alt-country) but happy to explore anything good.  i'm a bit old and lost track of recent stuff, which is one of the reasons i'd like to do some trades, so expect to receive a tape with lots of 90s stuff on it.  already made one which has some of the following on it...
