Problem solved. I determined the SR store/distribution seller used the good ol’ Bill the receiver option. I called UPS and said I refused to pay and the charges should go back to the seller. They did not agree so I asked for a supervisor and when she got on the phone 5mins later she went right ahead and removed the charge from my file. Victory! Now I can enjoy my box set without any bitterness and stop wasting everyone’s time with my shipping charge problem!! YES!!

Was looking through the upcoming releases on Amazon UK and came across this, limited details on the page with artist & title TBC but looks like it might be the box set being repressed (or different version) in June

Using the word pretentious makes you look fuckin' pretentious. And coming from someone who buys nearly anything from the 90s hahaha. I used the phrase "humor me" because spending that much on a record would make any sane man laugh. If I'm wrong, trust me, I don't wanna be right.

I like this thread... I would love anything MGB, IME's Scenery and Fish. The Age of Electric Self Titled, the first two Big Wreck and Moist albums, the first 4 albums from The Tea Party, and The Tragically Hip's Day for Night, Phantom Power and Trouble at the Henhouse... Now how do we make this happen???

My post relates to records. I am happy about the news of a new Brandon Flowers album and am eager for the associated vinyl release.

Havent been collecting for long so I have no regrets about selling because I actually have never sold any of my records...but I do regret is not buying a copy of Matthew Good - Lights of Endangered Species when it was in print... My favourite album by him and I realize after I start collecting records that his records always go out of print once the next one comes out and he has never repressed anything... 

Inception soundtrack for $30ppd. thought it was gonna be still readily available at the time.
the kicker? sold it to someone in the U.K. I'm in California.
