This shit pisses me off to know end. Don't lie just to sell some albums. I would have bought if it was limited to 5000 but you gotta stand by your word. 

First time I chimed in on this topic...Is what Jesse did years ago horrible? Sure. Is what Jesse did unforgivable? Absolutely not in my eyes. We don't know all the details and I think everyone canceling their orders and writing the entire band off is a little ridiculous. If it makes you feel better go ahead. We are all imperfect humans. IMPERFECT. I have done some horrible things to people and hurt ones I love dearly in my life. If I wasn't  able to be forgiven....Im just saying. Don't be so quick to judge. Be quicker to forgive imperfect humans. Some of us need to look in the mirror a bit. Everyone comparing him to someone who rapes little kids is ridiculous. For all we know Jesse has reached out to the victims long ago and tried to make it right. I wouldn't be so quick to assume anything but quicker and more ready to forgive and imperfect human being. Anyway thats my 2 cents. I know I may get hate for this but I don't care. Im not so ready to write off a band because of a costly mistake one member has made

The boxset is beautiful on the spine. Has the band and the name of the album with the category number all really large in silver. They did a great job on this

Unfortunately, this is getting more and more common and I'm sick of it. I am all for an artist making money on their art but there are other ways to go about it rather than lieing to your fans that it is limited. Press 1,000,000 copies. I dont care just dont tell me its limited and press more when it sells out. Thats sneaky and its false advertising. Plain and simple

I know right! The gold lp is amazing. Best true gold album I've seen. Music is fantastic 

Guys I own a record store and I saw the final list. All I can say is omg. Brace yourselves. This is the best list I've seen in years if not the best. Tons of worthless stuff as always but their are some things that have me super excited. Idk how anyone cannot be excited when they see the list

Record Store days told us (a record store) that we would be getting list starting in early march

I recently finished collecting most of the Smiths singles. I collected over 40 copies all uniquely different. I love the mystery behind the people that were used for the covers. I had a blast tracking these down over the last year. Now that I'm about finished I challenge you all with another band or artist who has equally cool vinyl singles.

HAZE XXL had the limited colored vinyl for Stag in Austin tonight. It looked like he was only selling about 50, so I wouldn't be surprised if the rest are released to the public soon. Just a heads up if you're into the Melvins.

I like Anberlin's music. That being said, the whole "woe is me" attitude that they have had since before they split up is getting old.

I'll remind you that discogs and PayPal takes 11% combined after shipping costs. Hardly flipping but whatever not gonna get into a pissing match with you. Kind of splitting hairs dont ya think?

To be quite honest, there were two years in a row where I think I bought literally every record, and you guys probably had my address/email cued up to memory. However late last year, and early this year, several of the records I bought just didn't catch me the same way all those previous did, and was a little disappointing with some of the hype on them to only be let down, so I kind of stopped keeping up with the label for a little while. I have no doubt that you guys vet all the releases you offer with the the utmost seriousness, and truly believe that they will be hits. Many dont become so because of their following, and like you said, a lot of your emo releases of the past carried these crowds over to similar releases, so these new ones get kind of lost on them/us. 
As I said, I haven't kept up in a while, so Ill have to stream a few of the new ones to see how they win me over, but current it's not a must-sub for me.
Now if you were to say new releases by Prawn, Joie de Vivre, Caravels, Crash of Rhinos ect were coming down the pipe this coming year....well.../drool :0
Must love and respect guys! I'm sure thier will be some quality albums next year I will grab for sure.
 

This pisses me off. Hardly anyone is flipping these. Why release something "limited" and the. Release it 2 weeks later a cooler way. Not happy at all. I feel like my Boxset is less special.

This is already one of my favorite albums this year. It only took 1 spin to stick with me. That's when you KNOW it's good. My favorite this year is still Thrice's new album but this is close behind it
