every glow in the dark record ive listened to has sounded terrible.  the aesthetic is cool but its the one "color" id steer clear of if you care about how your records sound. 

looks like theres only 4 in stock (or theyve limited it to 4 per order). glad to have the records i guess but this whole thing turned into something super lame on their part.

i think a band can do whatever the hell they want with their music but i didnt buy this because im just not a fan of live albums. for me, this would be a "one and done" listen before it gets relegated to my record shelf and then i go back to listening to my copy of jane doe. cool release but its not for me. ill certainly check out a stream of it though. 

...except that ugly, uninterested older sister has really deep pockets. 

thats fair. i started buying records in my early 20s (and i turn 33 this year) so ive had a pretty good crack at getting just about everything ive wanted to own. im thankful that my "major want list" is probably less than 10 records or less at this point.

So happy to see a repress of broken with the 7". Been on my want list literally for over a decade of buying records.

everything through undoing ruin was on point. band has never been quite the same after.

cautiously optimistic this doesnt suck since kurt ballou and southern lord are involved in the release - but that last record was truly atrocious.

this show has more potential now than it ever has but the pacing is (still) completely horrible. we're two episodes away from the mid-season finale and we've only seen most major characters ONCE this season so far. i really wish they'd stop doing these singular episodes that focus on one or two specific characters just to save $$$ - i mean c'mon, its the highest rated show on cable. it totally kills all the suspension they work to build up and then when you bring characters back like heath for an episode it means i couldn't possibly care less about his whereabouts.

Purple/white copy showed up today. not that it really matters but the finished product is more of a pink/white. looking forward to listening.

a-types is prob their weakest effort but it still has its moments i think. i listened to it awhile back and it held up pretty well for me. magnetic north though? ridiculously underrated. 

Sounds like they may not have produced more than 1000 physical pieces/materials for this.  Which is kinda goofy.

Its not too surprising a bunch of people wear their shirts at their shows. the band is pretty much well beyond playing only in front of the type of people that care about that sort of thing. i even saw a lot of parents with their kids at the popestar tour. i wouldnt be "that guy" either but these are people that dont care or even know about such a "rule."
