cobannaboc
they also just posted a track to Spotify with artwork I would presume from the reissue. Nice!

Derek™
Revisited this album a couple of months ago for the first time in a long time, and it's clicked with me on a whole different level. I'm all over this, and crossing my fingers that it's not a picture disc, like Schwimmer just said.
dnl
Where is the mention of a vinyl reissue?

julianisdead
$195 for the deluxe box set limited to 2000. Fuck that. $30 for regular 180g vinyl. I'll wait until it shows up in stores.
AdamJNovak
Seriously $200 for that boxset is ridiculous...
julianisdead
I'd probably bite on $100, maybe $120. But $200 with only 2 LPs? Nuts. Even the regular version is $40 after shipping. I wish they would have done a deluxe discography box for $200, I would have snatched that up. AdamJNovak
hxcoliver
Damn that's way too expensive.
dnl
That box set is for the super fans so I'm good with just the regular release
AdamJNovak
This is probably my most sought after record (I know picture discs suck, but it looks awesome). I've contemplated spending a lot of money on it and kind of disappointed that this is all they're offering to be honest.
tonyfranciosa
I'm in for the regular issue... I nearly bit on the picture disc multiple times for double the cost, so I'm OK with $30 (though I may hold out to see if it makes its way to other vendors - Amazon, amoeba, some place w/free shipping) Edited September 26, 2017 by tonyfranciosa

hype
Yeah, kind of sucks how they made the only two options either a super ridiculous overdone and overpriced box set (well put together but still over the top) or just the standard release which will be available everywhere under 20 before too long after release. I am hyped this is finally getting a non-picture disc release though and will def. scoop a copy up sooner then later! I have a feeling there might be some variants of this as well. hxcoliver
I wonder if those live videos from the Fillmore are gonna be different than what's on their DVD from years ago. Cause I know that was recorded at the Fillmore. Would be super shitty if it's from the same show
OneThreeOneTwo
Too bad on the box set price. I'd have paid as much as 50 bucks for just the 2lp . Maybe I'll have to wait another 5-10 years to see that happen. Sigh.
Shitty Rambo
Gonna hold out and see if the standard edition pops up on Amazon.
diabretic
This is one of the records I always mention in the “needs to be repressed” category. So good.

But yeah, there's that to get free shipping or you can just pre-order something else at the same time.

I was at one of The Fillmore shows, but unfortunately it wasn't the main DVD one, they only had a few songs in the DVD extras from the show I went to. Would love to get the rest. True, just saying picking up the 7" saves you a buck (compared to media mail).
