burntwolf
so what's up w/ the attack site warning resolution? are people still using the site anyway? i'm not too worried accessing it on my mac, but i'm not going to log in from any pc's. harryq
I'm still using the site, on a pc, and I'm more annoyed (using IE is annoying) than concerned

mcm1610
I turned off the Firefox warnings, but I'd like to turn it back on when the site's fixed. That's going to happen someday, right?

mcm1610
Hmm. In running a normal scan, I did find a trojan, though.
adamlikesmusic
Yeah, this shit is beyond annoying. Has anybody e-mailed Virgil or something?
burntwolf
i had to be among the first to e-mail him the night it first happened. it was working fine that night then all of a sudden wham, all the warnings started in. that was like a week and a half ago. haven't seen any other updates on the blog other than that someone had a ticket w/ proboards about it and was waiting to hear back. daniel
Shit's annoying on Safari, I can't even log-in. I have to open Firefox just to post here.
lonesomexloveus
i can't even post from home unless i hit the 'ignore this warning' button on the pop-up warning screen every time i go to a different page. thus, i don't post from home. mcm1610
I was doing that, but if I tried to make a post, it would take me to another warning screen, I'd hit ignore, and it'd take me to the message board's homepage and no post would be made. I had to use IE which I don't like, so I just turned off firefox's warning.
Guest Admin
at this point, I am waiting on the fuckheads at Proboards. I have spoke to a few reps there who have deferred it to tech support folks who seem to have been out of town. It's super fucking lame because we are unable to put custom html on the board so that Google's bots can realize the board is fine, but somehow somebody was able to put malicious code on our board. Go figure. When I spoke to proboards again yesterday, they said it would be resolved in a day or two, but I might tack on a few more days. I will bug them again tomorrow if the warnings persist. My apologies, but at this point, all I can do is wait on them. soon

roadmonkey
I had this shit happen to my on my own personal site through wordpress. It was such bullshit and soo damn annoying to get rid of. I rebuilt the thing from scratch twice and it still marked me.
jhulud
I have been browsing and posting via IE @ work and on my iPhone via Safari and free ProBoards app. I am not going to browse on my home PC. Noooooooo sireeee!
headtowall
been using IE at work which sucks, so i ojnly have been checking the few times I have to use IE over firefox (only one of our programs here runs exclusivly on IE)
exitenglish1208
is it google recognizing that there's malicious code or is the browser? it seems ridiculous that google would be able to declare something malicious when this site has nothing to do with google, and if we're not arriving at the site through google. kylet
It won't let me sign on at home. My computer just keeps blocking it and a warning pops up any time I try to log in. I've been going on at this shitty computer in the break room at work. The warning doesn't pop up on this thing.
