sjb2k1
i'm glad they didn't do something dumb like keep rick's three questions a mystery for the whole season.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
i'm glad they didn't do something dumb like keep rick's three questions a mystery for the whole season. How many walkers have you killed? How many people have you killed? Have you seen my wife? sjb2k1
kevinxabney
While the comics / show are basically gone their separate ways - there are still so many moments from the prison arc of the comics that I was hoping wouldn't make it to the show - that I now fear we will be seeing. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
i havent read a single comic, but i just have a feeling they wont be in the prison much longer.
catalinacaper
They answered that already, 1 more episode. That puts the new group of characters in the show in 4-6 weeks
radiatorhums
I think the only part of the episode I really liked was the zombies falling through the ceiling of the store. It was great in a bad horror movie sort of way. The rest of it didn't do much for me, but I think the show ranges from slightly above average to bad most of the time anyway. BuzzersonKillwell
So you're guessing they'll leave the prison on Week 3?
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
So you're guessing they'll leave the prison on Week 3? I think all next week will be them getting infested by walkers thanks to the nerd dying in the shower
lonesomexloveus
I think all next week will be them getting infested by walkers thanks to the nerd dying in the shower i forget if it was on talking dead, or some other article/interview i read that they said that they felt comfortable introducing so many new characters because for now they had a stable backdrop (the prison) for these characters. nerdy guy zombie will probably cause a problem, but i don't see him causing them to leave in the next episode or two. i'm guessing that by the end of this season at least they'll have moved on, though. kyacrash
D'Angelo and Cutty?? The prison is about to turn into a Barksdale house...this season might actually be good.
BuzzersonKillwell
I agree. If I had to guess at this point I'd say they leave no earlier than Ep. 5, with a stronger likelihood being 7 or 8 depending on how they treat the mid-season finale. drrowe
If, however improbably, you manage to survive the zombie apocalypse with a veterinarian in tow, who also, however improbably, happens to specialize in farm animals, and you're lucky enough to have set up a subsistence farming operation inside a well secured prison complex, just try to remember to muster the common sense necessary to ask the vet to look at the pigs if they get sick! sjb2k1
rick was busy with stuff and things. that eye bleeding though can't wait to see how they deal with that.
SpazzyMcGee
I'm curious to see what the walker with the gouged out eyes has to do with....the Govenor maybe? Maybe a new strain of the virus?
BuzzersonKillwell
Did a lot of the zombies at the fence seem like puppets or mechanicals in the first episode? That isn't a criticism really, the do an awesome job on the show, but some of it just seemed different to me.
SpazzyMcGee
I thought that too, maybe they're working with a bigger budget? Or "different" effects.
kevinxabney
I think a lot of that is due to the fact that Greg Nicotero directed that episode.
sjb2k1
whatever patrick got, it worked fast on him. fine in the morning, feeling sick in the afternoon, dead by night.
BuzzersonKillwell
Maybe it was the Nicotero thing, but to me it seemed less realistic. Wonder what the deal was....

lonesomexloveus
i'd rather talk about what the hell is up with hayley williams hair and how dumb she sounded than talk about the actual episode. seriously, that hair. did she put a bowl on her head and cut it in the dark?
