He bought several records from me, asked me to lower the prices because he was short on money (which I did because of his sob story), and then he listed all of them on ebay and sold them for much more than he paid. How has ebay not caught on, or built in safeguards in against people from doing this sort of thing? they do acutally. But it takes a few day/weeks or whatever to usually catch on and delete the profile. Just another heads up. Not sure if its him or not but it really seems like him. After I had them canceled his new account OVERBOARDTOSAYTHELEAST placed a bunch of bids that I had to cancel again. I suppose he was sending me a message with his new name but I'd say that someone who continually changes accounts to bid on auctions they won't pay for has a problem.
