I just bought tickets to see The Avett Brothers/J Mascis and The National/Real Estate for two days at Red Rocks this Summer. It's going to be a good trip. Need to do some minor work to maximize the value though. no loss...ive lived in it for 12 years. its an old 1910's california bungalow i spent years redoing everything. as you can imagine, houses here in mid sized KS towns are fairly cheap. refi'd in 2010 for a 15 yr note and redic low rate. in the end it was the little things i thought would sell it, that i never did, that didnt even matter. it was the big ticket items. we found the new house already too and need to start figuring out the messy part. this is the part where it blows. moving in winter overall..will not be good. But with the surplus I bought Jets To Brazil "Four Cornered Night" on white and finished their collection, it took years to get all 3 albums.
