I cant imagine store bought mix being so unbearable that you need to drink creamer. I think what she's saying is that creamer was the only option so she didn't end up having a drink at all. It's technically extract and not really sauce, stored in a glass vile and he said he had to ask for it behind the counter at a shop because it's too dangerous to keep on the floor. It legit looks and has the consistency of blood. There's also a warning on the label not to get it on your skin. I've been putting it on everything... I think the only time I use it is if I'm at a restaurant and they already have it on the table. AND NEVER ON BURGERS...eff that noise.
