Everyone (who is willing) donates a few bucks or maybe a record to the prize pool. Then squares can be purchased on the tournament itself, for another cash side pool. Prizes are given out at the end. Or we could do a prize pool for the bracket tourney and squares go to charity of something. This is was more fun than college b-ball.
