I still stand behind my assumption of the websites invalidity. My guess is they'll pull a bait and switch and you'll all get black versions if you ordered from there. Haven't cancelled my amazon.de order yet, but will if they confirm. I wanted it shipped from US location anyway, but, it would be a shame to pay an extra 9 bucks for no reason. I just figured if the .de one comes through I'd sell it to the board. I meant to grab 3 from the US site as well, but I guess I only got one for me and on my boyfriend's order only sent 1. I'm not selling my records for gas money or anything like that. But while I like buying vinyl, I hate overpaying for it. Most I've ever spent on a used record was $100 for Deloused, and I knew it was a good deal. Cover was beat-up, and the pressing was (is) noisy, and after a while I realized the chase was actually more exciting than owning the album proper. After a few months I sold it on Discogs. There's a handful of records I would probably pay good money for.... NIN's Fragile, any old Red House Painters, Avalanches, the colored runs of Porcupine Tree... and I've bid on quite a few copies of DAGARIM over the years. But I always dropped out once the bidding hit $90 or so. And forget about the crazy prices for Deja. I dunno... In the back of my mind I always assumed more represses would be coming.
