a friend saw the off white pressing this morning and grabbed me a copy along with hers... but shipping to canada is $16+ for EACH record, they charge separately for each one so two records were over $32 in shipping. smh

amazon is cheaper, but do you get a flac/wav download with it?

Blazing and S/T showed up unexpectedly, packing was pretty good, records were outside of the sleeves so everything's relatively minty, maybe a small corner ding, but 1000x better than the OG press of Blazing. A little disappointed that ST is like a forest green instead of clear, but not a big deal.

Someone really needs to get on pressing Transistor Sound & Lighting Co.’s only album. Criminally slept on Canadian 90s indie rock record. Sounds like something Paper Bag or Dine Alone needs to do.

Teenage Engineering makes really cool shit and knows audio (maker of various synths and speaker systems, ex-employees of Elektron, another awesome synth/sampler/etc maker. very good and generally pretty expensive). I don't know how much they know about turntables, if that's actually going to happen, but I trust them to not link themselves to garbage.

Doesn't sound too bad, but it's showing as $20CAD + $23CAD shipping... Too steep for me, I know shipping out of Aus over here sucks, I've done it a couple times before. On the upside it says you're down to 7 copies so that's good news for you.

Ugh. i was on the fence about this when i saw it announced and totally forgot about it until now, and it’s sold out. The prices were higher than what i originally saw listed as $18.99 tho ($30 at Think Geek, $25 at ETR) At least i have my MOV The Movie pressing, which is superior anyways.

Pledgemusic is the worst, I've never seen one with reasonable prices. Easy pass given the cost and the contents of the last album.

oh hell yes. grabbed the wildcard + the translucent red of "sings olivia newton john". hopefully this means reissues/first pressings of all her other albums, I really want Only Everything, Total System Failure and Made in China. so weird that I haven't seen her post anything about this on twitter.

maybe its something with the stream on apple music, but the mix seems... muddy? its pretty damn thick, but not a very dynamic tone spread. getting a little hyped for a good rip or actual release.
